job eaiser. We are offering bundled pricing for you to use on your Good Faith Estimates with customers
so you only need to know the mortgage amount to determine title premium and total title costs. Advantages include one
number pricing that is inclusive of all HUD-1 1100 series changes, accuracy and your required disclosures
are simplified, one glance pricing schedule.
To obtain your total title charges take the applicable premium for your application from the chart below and add it to the Midwest Guaranty fee shown. The HUD-1 Settlement Statement will show these item broken out individually that will total this amount to comply with current RESPA regulations.
